The short version: every piece is pre-owned and one of one, sold as described, shipped within 48 hours, and can't be returned or exchanged.

Who we are
Synczz is an online thrift store based in Mumbai, India. Reach us at synczz.thrift@gmail.com or on Instagram at @synczz.thrift.
The pieces
Everything we sell is pre-owned. We describe each piece's condition honestly, photograph every flaw we find and list its measurements. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping is a flat fee (₹89 at the moment), shown before you pay. Until checkout opens on the website, you buy by messaging us on Instagram and paying as agreed there.
Who gets a piece
Each piece exists once. It goes to the first person whose payment comes through. If a payment arrives for a piece that's already sold, it's refunded in full.
Shipping and returns
We ship within 48 hours of payment, anywhere in India (shipping). All sales are final: there are no returns or exchanges (no returns).
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the piece.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
